Marrow Bone is the soft, fatty tissue inside the bone cavity of large bones.
It is filled with healthy saturated fats, minerals, and proteins.
Marrow bone is also filled with zinc, phosphorous, calcium, iron, omega-3 fatty acids, lipids, and Vitamin A. You can add it to your bone broth recipe for an extra dose of nutrients and minerals, or remove the marrow from the bones and mix it with chopped up herbs and minced garlic. Then season with salt and pepper. Add the marrow back to the bones, and bake for about 25-30 minutes at 350° F. Scoop the marrow out, enjoy as is, or spread on toast.
*Comes frozen and sealed.
