*Skirt Steak per lb

I love this cut! By far one of my favorites- juicy when cooked properly (3 min/side on low heat).

I found this steak to be the worst cut that Miller's Farm carries. It's cheap, so I thought it was a good deal, but the meat is tough and much of it had to get tossed after cooking. Not their finest.
