This is by far my favorite out of all the fermented veggies. I wish it didn't finish so quickly, I eat it way too fast!

Clean and full of flavor

I find beets can sometimes have a dirt flavor but not these. These beets are all to the good. Perfectly pickled, still a little firm and wonderful tatste.
