COW SOUR CREAM
Ingredients: Raw cream with a powdered culture added.
The cultures come from a company called Dairy Connection.
Miller's Farm never adds any fillers, and the sour cream is never heated more than 90 degrees.
This fresh cow's cream is NOT pasteurized or homogenized, and from healthy free-roaming, 100% pastured Jersey and Guernsey cows (mixture of A1 and A2 herd). It can only be obtained by members of this private club and is NOT for sale to the general public.
