*Cow Crème Fraiche

If you have trouble getting family members to eat fermented foods, try creme fraiche: completely rich flavor. Much better than any creme fraiche you'll find in a high-end grocery store (or a high-end restaurant). Also, once you have the creme fraiche culture, you simply add leftover cream to it, stir it, leave it out overnight (covered) and you have more creme fraiche in the morning. That way, your leftover cream won't go to waste.

To me this became alternative to sour cream because my taste buds were so addicted to the grocery shop sour cream. Miller's sour cream was too rich for me, but their Creme Fraiche made all the difference to me!

This cream is so good. My favorite is a teaspoon in my soup bowl. It adds so much flavor.

There is no creme better than Creme Fraiche for your berries and special recipes. It's delicious, fresh, and creamy.
