Our chicken feet come with the skin on. The inner part of the nail is still on, but the dirty outside protective stuff is not. They may require some light cleaning before cooking. If you scald the, the skin and nail should easily come off.  From organic, pastured chickens fed GMO-free, soy-free feed.
