A few ideas come to mind:HAMBURGER IDEA: Mix some mushrooms, onion, and Miller's Farm's cheddar cheese with your patty for a special hamburger patty. CHILI BASE: Saute onions, celery, and garlic until soft. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly. From there add tomatoes and whatever other veggies you like (I like bell peppers, corn, eggplant, and zucchini) ...and in the end add kidney beans, chili powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Chili is best eaten the day after you make it, and even better after it's been frozen and defrosted again.
