*Makes 8.5-10 lbs cheese Our grass-fed cow milk is nutritious and delicious with a heady cream top, often 1/3 the volume of the milk. Raw and non-homogenized, this A2/A2 milk from Jersey or Jersey-cross cows can be enjoyed on its own as a beverage or used in a variety of sweet or savory ways. Fresh for 2 weeks; the milk later develops pleasantly sour notes to utilize as buttermilk. You've nester tasted a more delicious, fresh milk! All of our cow milk has a 100% A2/A2 protein profile. Our cow milk is always raw, never heated or processed in any way. It comes straight from the udders to you. All of our cow dairy is 100% grass fed. In the warmer months, our cows are fed fresh chemical-free grass. They are moved to fully grown, fresh pasture 3 times per day. In the colder months, our cowsâ€â„¢ diet is supplemented with alfalfa hay and an organic nutrient blend â€â€œ never grain of any kind. Our cows are never given antibiotics or hormones. If needed, our cows receive homeopathic treatments.
